◆ The borrower should be a natural person holding the property and a corporate entity holding the property.
◆ For personal property loan, borrower’s age plus loan duration cannot exceed 70 years
◆ Promise to allow supervision: closing supervision of property managerial income and expenditure、promise to do the certain corresponding fund settlement through our bank
◆ Tenant of the property should make the commitment for giving up the right of superior leasing property
◆ Bank、borrower、tenant should sign tripartite agreement
