The confirmation letter business of our bank is handled in a centralized way by branches, and each branch is responsible for centralized processing of confirmation letter applications from customers in its branches (sub branches and non-local sub branches).
2. Ways of accepting confirmation letters
Our bank can accept paper confirmation letter by mail.
3. Format of confirmation letter accepted
The format of the confirmation letter accepted by our bank is the attachment format I, format II and capital verification format of 财办会[2020]21号《银行函证及回函工作操作指引》.

5. Business seal
The customer's seal affixed on the paper confirmation letter shall be the reserved seal (official seal, or financial seal+legal representative seal) in our bank.
The seal for our reply is the business seal.
6. Charging method and standard
Our bank actively deducts the letter fee from the deduction account recorded in the confirmation letter. The charging standard is CNY200 per copy.
7. Preferential measures
Our Bank waives the service charge for confirmation letters for small enterprises, microenterprise and self-employed businesses.
