您可持護照或其它有效身份證件到我行的營業網點申請開立帳戶。有效身份證件包括：護照、港澳居民來往內地通行證、臺灣居民來往大陸通行證、外國人永久居留身份證、港澳居民居住證、臺灣居民居住證等。詳情請諮詢我行網點工作人員。
You can apply for opening a bank account with your passport or other valid identification documents at our bank outlets. Valid identification documents include: Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Resident, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident, People’s Republic of China Foreigner’s Permanent Residence Card, Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Resident, Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Resident, and other identification documents required by laws and administrative regulations. Please consult the staff at our bank outlet for more details.   通過銀行帳戶，您可享有豐富的金融服務，例如：人民幣和外幣的存款/取款、結售匯、境內轉帳和跨境匯款、外幣兌換及支付服務等。
With the account, you can enjoy a variety of financial services (such as deposit and withdrawal of both RMB and foreign currencies, foreign currency purchase and sale, domestic transfer and cross-border remittance, foreign currency exchange, and making payments.)   二、現鈔兌換（Currency Exchange）
您可以在標有貨幣兌換標識的我行營業網點辦理現鈔兌換業務。可受理的幣種請現場諮詢工作人員。
You can exchange cash at our bank outlets with currency exchange signs. Please consult the staff for currencies available.   三、外卡取現（Cash withdrawal）
您可持本人境外借記卡/信用卡（目前支援帶銀聯標識UnionPay的銀行卡)到我行ATM支取人民幣。
